The Kemper Photo Claims app gives you an easy way to capture photos and videos of the damage to your vehicle and share them directly with the person handling your claim.

This quick and simple app helps us help you, faster.

The Process:
When you file an auto claim with Kemper, your rep will determine whether the Kemper Photo Claims app can help you quickly submit photos of your vehicle damage for faster claims service. Eligible customers will be sent a text message with a link to download the app.

Once your photos, videos and comments have been uploaded and shared with us, they’ll be reviewed to help us better assess the damage as a part of your claim. You’ll then be contacted directly with an estimate.
