Keshi is a game, not a diet lesson.
It helps ages 5 and up develop a positive “mind map” of healthy eating (and physical activity) and to be wary of “ultra-processed” foods here.
Keshi sets up protective reflexes, exactly like learning to cross the street: "You look to the left and then to the right". No need to tell him all the rules of the road. This is why Keshi only plays with 10 + 10 typical foods of their category, easily recognizable. Later, with his parents or maybe with another game, he will learn more.
Keshi is a "safe" game
No weapons, no fighting, no violence Keshi is not networked: no malicious intrusion to fear. No risk of misuse: the playing times are limited by the avatar itself (who is not hungry all the time) and you can also program them in advance. (version 2021)
To play with Keshi, you have to move, Why?
Because growing up healthy requires regular physical activity.
It is as important as eating healthy: diet and physical activity must balance 50/50 for harmonious growth.
By moving to make their avatar grow, children create a positive link between their physical activity and their own growth.
