Into fitness and kettlebells? Then this is a must have. Kettlebell swings are one of the quickest ways to lose fat, shape up, gain strength and get a lean fit body that will stand the test of time.
Simply set the kettlebell swing counter off and place the device in either your pocket or sports armband and start completing your kettlebell swings - trying to achieve as many reps as possible in the 10 minute period.
The device will log your power and form throughout the workout and award you a 'rep' score at the end of the 10 minutes, based on not only your reps but power output and form. The app will then log your workout score that you can view at any time under the 'workouts' and award you a rank scoring from 'Kettlebell Wimp!' to 'Kettlebell Grandmaster!' Can you achieve the dizzy heights of grand master??
My advice- start off with 30 seconds of swings followed by 30 seconds of rest- for the 10 minutes- this is a great way to get lots of reps in to start with, then as your fitness improves add 5 seconds on to the work period- 35 seconds work 25 seconds rest. Completing 10 minutes of swings like this 3x per week is a great way to boost your current fitness and routine.
