The workouts in this application are some of the more challenging parts of the Beginner portion of the Kettlebell Workout Library. These workouts are designed with a progression in mind. Not to say that as an Advanced “Girevik” (Kettlebell Lifter) it’s wrong to perform the Beginner Workouts, as a matter of fact it’s highly recommended. You will be able to use heavier weight and execute the movements more proficiently, yielding a better workout than when you were a beginner.

This compilation of workouts are some those in which Phil has trained his students with for more than 6 years. The movements, training strategies and routines are a direct result of more than 40 years training, teaching and competing. Please pay specific attention to the detail of every movement, proper execution is essential in order to maximize the effectiveness of the techniques and lessen the potential risk of injury.
