Put more than just text fields and check boxes in your forms, use drop-down lists, date and time pickers, photos, drawings, signatures, option groups, even logos, calculated fields and conditional formatting.
Forms can have a two layered structure, the parent form can have any number of different child forms attached to it, as defined by the current template.
This version comes with one sample Accident Investigation template included for immediate use.
Design and create your own forms using the iPad version. A small in-app purchase validates the form for use. Validated forms can be filled in and used any number of times for free on iPad, iPhone and desktop.
