How do you buy products from Kide.app?

Products can be bought from the detail pages of the events or products in question. In order to buy anything, you need to be logged in.
The products you buy from Kide.app are mobile tickets that function as both tickets for events and coupons for products, as well as memberships offered by the organisers.

Where can you find your products?

The products you buy will be delivered to your Kide Wallet. If you are logged in to the application and you have redeemable products in your Wallet, a button to access it directly will appear in the bottom right corner of the screen. You can also access your Wallet directly using the link in the confirmation email sent to you. If you are logged in, you can also use the navigation Wallet link in the upper right corner of the screen, even if you don't have any items in it.

How do you redeem your tickets and products?

Tickets and products are redeemed from the Wallet by opening the relevant mobile ticket. Show the opened mobile ticket to the ticket inspector, who will mark it as used. Please open up your ticket in advance to speed up the ticket checking process. A mobile device, such as a smartphone or tablet with an internet connection, is required to redeem tickets and products.
