Kiesla © (a play on words for the French ‘Qui est la?’ meaning who is there) is the innovative Free App to check who lives in your property.The app and technology’s inception follows the legal requirement introduced on the 1 February 2016 for all landlords to check whether a tenant or lodger can legally rent a property in England. Kiesla has teamed up with Bonheur Legal, a Legal500 and award-winning Immigration Firm to devise a simple way of registering and checking the immigration status of prospective tenants and tenants. Bonheur Legal’s industry expertise is of a real asset react to any immigration rule changes that may affect
the landlord. Furthermore, our expiry date monitoring tool aims to simplify the landlord task to monitor the relevant passport or visa expiry. Besides it being a legal requirement; it seems to now be a common realization for landlord and estate agents that the right to work often means the ability to pay the rent.

How App works:
This App contains basic UI with input fields where a landlord register himself and verify his email id.A landlord can add houses by using house tab provided,he provides all information about his house by giving house image and address of house.The same landlord has the ability to add tenant information by providing tenant image and his details and visa,passport images.Once tenant is verified,landlord can assign one of his house to the tenant.You can connect with us by using Social networking options provided in Contact us or you can write to us by using email address provided in Contact Us.You can change password by using settings -> change password option and if you forgot password you can use forgot password option provided in app.You can stay signed in by using Stay signed in option provided on login screen.
