KlickQuote attempts to resolve all that by providing one system using which your admin staff can set-up appointments, your tradies can go on site and create instant quotes for you customers, your customers can accept these quotes and set preferred dates, admin staff can then book jobs in and the billings team can send out invoices and record payments.
