Know the law in QLD

At KTLIQ we believe that the legal system is fairer when people understand their legal rights and responsibilities. People who do not have a lot of experience with the law often have common questions like:

Am I allowed to defend myself or my family if being attacked?
Can I defend my property if someone is breaking in or trying to steal something I own?
How far can I go to defend myself my family or my property without breaking the law myself?

KTLIQ aims to address this by informing and educating the users of this App about the law.

This App has been developed for trained fighters, martial arts practitioners and any person in general who is physically capable of defending themselves who has a limited knowledge of the law in Queensland. It will educate you on how the law would apply to you should you be required to defend yourself or others from the risk of personal harm or injury. The App is intended to be used as a “go to quick and easy pocket guide” that users can regularly refer to in any circumstance.

The information contained within this App is not legal advice, but rather a reproduction of legal information put into simple terms. The parts of the law contained in this App have been carefully selected to meet the needs of intended users of this App. Having said this, the content will continue to be updated and added as changes to the law may occur and from feedback of users.
