Knowrisk is a fully interoperable mobile app that works across all devices and hospital settings, helping people track their daily indicators and build healthier habits through personalized insights and tips. Powered by the Rooks API, Knowrisk ensures seamless connectivity and securely imports data from existing sources—without requiring direct pairing with external devices or hardware.

The app retrieves information from wearables (such as activity levels, steps, rest, sleep quality, body signals, or environmental factors) as well as self-reported check-ins like mood, stress, or lifestyle habits. By combining this information, Knowrisk highlights meaningful patterns and provides actionable insights that support long-term wellbeing.
Knowrisk integrates smoothly into hospital workflows: information is set up by doctors in their systems, and individuals are invited to create their accounts directly through their hospital’s B2B platform. Importantly, Knowrisk does not replace doctors and does not perform diagnostics—instead, it complements professional expertise by providing richer context through real-world data. By collecting and connecting these insights, Knowrisk helps people and their care teams work together towards better outcomes, while keeping individuals in full control of their data and permissions.
