What is it about?
Brad Becker knows just a little bit conversational computers. The CEO of developer Sentient Play was formerly the Chief Design Officer on IBM Watson’s project - a natural language computer that famously competed on the TV game show “Jeopardy.” And Becker has taken that knowledge to game design with KOMRAD. The interactive game starts out with an interesting premises - you’re messaged by a stranger who says your identity has been stolen and is being used by online hackers. They steer you toward a supposedly abandoned computer that has information the criminals will trade for your freedom. But the situation gets even more complicated when connecting to the computer. Named KOMRAD, it’s a long-dormant Soviet supercomputer with a possibly nuclear secret.
