Powered by the advanced AI technology of EchoNous, the Kosmos Bladder solution sets a new standard for accuracy, reliability, and user-friendly design—all while remaining affordable for any budget. Use it as a dedicated bladder scanner or expand its capabilities for an all-in-one POCUS solution.

Given our commitment to continuously improving our software and workflow, EchoNous is also introducing the following software enhancements:
* DICOM TLS, which enables encrypted transmission of DICOM imaging data
* M Mode Cardiac Calculations, which provides additional options for cardiac evaluation

In addition to these new innovations, Kosmos offers robust AI features including Auto Doppler, Auto Preset, AI FAST, Auto EF and AI Trio Guidance (for educational or research purposes), Grading and labeling of optimal imaging planes. Imaging features include 2D imaging enhanced with PW, TDI, and CW Doppler capabilities, with highly sensitive Color and Power Doppler functions.
