Kota Wellness specializes in small group classes of Pilates, Yoga and Barre formats. From beginners to most advanced, we welcome all levels and reward milestones. Our instructors are top in their industry and dedicated to assisting others in their fitness journey. Our classes are 50 minutes and we have a number of amazing amenities when you come to our studio.
