Kroozzy Driver

The Kroozzy driver app is different from the rider app, as this is for Caribbean Island drivers who want to drive for you to enhance transportation choices in the Bahamas and Caribbean. Kroozzy allows only licensed drivers with a public service badge to drive Kroozy riders. Kroozzy allows you to choose when to work and work on your own terms. The Kroozzy Driver app can be downloaded on any major apps store and is compatible with iOS devices.

How It Works:

Easy to Use Interface:

The Kroozzy Driver app is created with every legal Caribbean Islands driver in mind, as one doesn't need a degree in Rocket Sciences to operate the app. Just download the app, enter your driver’s license, registration and insurance information.

Register:

On the dashboard of the Kroozzy Driver app, a driver licensed by the Caribbean Islands law can register. It is easy. A tap on the app and some basic information are asked.

Upload Credentials:

To ensure that our Caribbean Islands riders are safe, the driver may be asked to upload his documents like license, vehicular documents, insurance, driver’s license. This will be crosschecked by Kroozzy or our associates to ensure that the information disclosed is correct.

Log In:

If already registered on Kroozzy Driver's app, you can easily log in to view what jobs you can take for the day.

Choose Route:

Kroozzy Driver App allows drivers to choose which route they want to ply in the Caribbean Islands. Once a route they have chosen comes up, they are notified immediately.

Choose Work Hours:

Kroozzy believes that drivers are their bosses, hence they have the right to choose their work hours. Drivers can decide to work with Kroozzy as a part-time driver or a full time one. Whatever time that tickles your fancy can be chosen as your work hours.

Accept the Work:

The Kroozzy Driver App has a column to see the possible works at that moment. The driver can decide to accept the work. If accepted, the driver is then shown the address in the Caribbean Islands, and when the rider needs to be picked up.

GPS Tracker of Accepted Client:

The Kroozzy Driver app allows drivers to track solely the client that they are meant to drive. This is to ensure that the driver can easily pinpoint the location of the client in the Caribbean Islands and pick him or her up.

Report a Client:

Since we are designed to ensure our Caribbean Islands drivers and riders are safe, we have incorporated a Report a Client option, where a driver can state his complaint against a rider. Kroozzy can then carry out investigations into the matter.

Help Center:

There is an option on the Kroozzy Driver app that allows drivers to drop suggestions, complaints, and receive immediate answers.
