App Store Description

A creative introduction to chess thinking. A simple and "surprising" variation on real chess. Chess pieces, at values from 0-9.

Creative calculations start simple and quickly heat up to hard and difficult.

Add and multiply to "check" the true "value" of positions. The calculation is right or wrong. As "complexity" increases, the Player creates calculation "strategies".

Ideally, the Player relies more on the "brain" and less on the calculator. Many of you---it is believed---could master the game with no use of calculators.

Generally, the more chess pieces in the position, the greater the challenge. More pieces tend to produce more complexity. Players produce more points for more correct answers.

KwikBrain is designed to "sharpen" the mind, increasing "attention" to detail.

To that end, the app is a tool to help people, parents, kids. The joy of getting "correct answers" is seen through the beautiful bright hues, green, red.

Confidence grows. Family relationships blossom.

The app also encourages a "sporting" mindset. The score---your score---is a "story" in itself. You continue to learn about the mechanics of your mind, calculating answers, activating your KwikBrain.

KwikBrain is linked to mental health, sharpening the mind, increasing attention to detail, mastering decisions.

Careful calculations and choices lead to stronger relationships.

Use the app when you have one minute, five minutes or 30 minutes. The tough calculations could challenge you from 15-30 minutes.

In future editions, the app will be available on the Game Center, enabling players to challenge friends and others.

Best wishes,

Anthony Brticevic (Principal game designer, Sydney 2021).

P.S. The Tips file in the app and the preview video simplify getting started.
