KWM is a floor Plan App, not a creation or Cad tool, but an app to view a selection of existing floor plans that I have completed over the course of my 28 years in the industry. I have worked on upwards of 2000 custom and speculative homes, mostly in the midwest U.S., ranging from very small to over 10,000s.f.

The user can view these plans and purchase through the app for a fraction of the cost of online house plan shops.

Most plans are ready to build and most have been built....but at the same time we know plans found online(anywhere) will most likely be adjusted per each individual, as custom houses are a very individual and personal experience. That is why we offer our completed plans at good prices, so you can take these full size pdf digital plans to a local designer, or work through us, to make adjustments as desired without paying for two complete sets of custom builder plans.

The other issue is the site plan which is required to file a permit to build your new home. Most plan shops do not address this directly....so what happens on other sites is you buy an expensive online plan and you have to hire somebody locally(or them for additional fees) to finish or adjust the plans, and then also complete a site plan for the plans you just bought online.

Our Site plans coming soon tool will solve that part, so you can easily upload site info and we will complete an 8x11 pdf digital site plan specific to your site, for a small price. You will be able to use this tool for any plan you have or wherever you buy the plan. We will offer a quick turn around for site plans that should help you finish the plan creation process.

Our site plan and special access areas are under development, and we will provide weekly updates through the app.

Our special access area will have space selection tools, discounts on site plans and floor plans and blog information.

We plan to grow this app into a great tool that is easy to use and sorely needed in the custom home building market.
