It is an initiative to give you Post-Purchase satisfaction of either item bought at right price and/or opportunity to save money if the item you purchased is available at a cheaper cost.

Our tool monitors Prices of your purchased item(s) against various retailers every day for as long as the item is within return window* (number of days) declared by you on the tool.

If there is a change in price of the item(s) you bought or if we find a better price available - you'll get notified for an opportunity to contact your retailer to price match or return the item inorder rebuy the item at a lower price.
If a price of an item is decreased within a specified time frame, you may be eligible to get the difference back from the retailer *every retailer has their own price matching/return policy. It is at the sole discretion of the retailer to honor the price drop service if they find it eligible.

Once you provide us the details, we search for the lowest price available of the exact same product(s) at various retailers and compare with the price you declare on our tool (excluding taxes). Once we find a lower price available or if there is any update for your product, we will alert you via notifications or email or both. You are advised to contact your original retailer as soon as possible to get your money back. Most of the retailers will refund you via the original mode of payment or in some cases provide you with a gift card for future uses. Please keep the original receipt for your savings.

We try to search the item(s) frequently and at the same time retailers keep updating prices in their websites. As much as we will try to provide you the lowest price available- it may not be available when you contact the retailer. Hence we advise you to get in touch with your original retailer as soon as possible to get the price difference.
