Functionality:
1. Announcements: Create announcements that are scheduled based on the user's preferences. They includes picture and can be view via a modal. (Authorized if you are a teacher)
2. Resources: Easy-to-access links that redirect to valuable external sites that the school might leverage (Authorized if you are an admin)
