What is Lavi?

Lavi is an app that allows Downtown Raleigh residents to order delivery from their favorite local businesses. As customers on our app, we promise to never charge commission fees to the businesses you love and we will ensure your order gets to your doorstep safely, quickly, and fairly each and every time - all while providing the best customer service.

When you order delivery our app, you will use an in-app browser to easily Lavi your food or groceries from local businesses. When ordering from one of our direct business partners, you can simply place a 'Delivery' order on the pop-up screen. When ordering from a non-partnered business, you will place and confirm a 'Pickup' order on the popup screen and then you will confirm your delivery from Lavi. We'll go to the business, pickup the order for you, and bring it to your doorstep!

No Markup Pricing. No Service Fees.

Unlike other third-party delivery apps, we don't charge hidden 'service' fees. Our delivery fee is always flat-rate. Also, you'll always order directly with local businesses, so you're always paying real prices - never markups.
