App Store Description

This app is to allow you to keep complete statistics on your games.

Most stats can be kept by hitting the button and then quickly tapping out the jersey number (four touches for most, 'Shot', '2', '5', tap out of pop-up, you have a record of a Shot by player 25 at 11:27 in the period 1).

You miss and realize that you wanted a 'Ground Ball' on that, tap the record in the scrolling list showing that stat you want to change, pick 'Ground Ball' from the list and the statistic is now a ground ball.

You touch 'Score', '1', '7' and off the popup and the popup for 'Assist' automatically comes up. you touch '4', '6' and off the popup, the score is incremented and you have score and assist record with 7 quick touches.

You realize that the Assist you game player 46 did not qualify as a assist, you swipe horizontally through the record and confirm the delete button when it comes up and it is removed from the stats.

The default PDF report contains a set of commonly kept statistics and the CSV and XML reports keep any of the statistics or penalties you configure. The CSV allows you to import your statistics into any modern spreadsheet and manipulate in whatever way you want. With version 1.5 the PDF report (and report display screen) can be customized to show the summary of the statistics you choose.

If you want to keep 'nuggets', go to the 'Configure Types' tab, hit 'Add' and type in 'nuggets'. It will show up in the selected statistics on that tab, as a button during keeping the stats and as a column in the players CSV report (or if you designated it as a team stat in the team CSV report).

By loading a reportStatistics.txt file into the apps document area, you can cause the displayed and PDF report to reflect this new choice as well (see the web site for details).

You don't want to keep a type of statistic, hit the 'Edit' button and use either the dragging option (grey bars on the right) to move it into the 'Other Statistics' or the delete option to remove it permanently. Only stats in the Selected Statistics show up in the main tab and they show up in the order you determine.

Use the face-off ('F') button on the main screen to designate the face-off players on each team and when you give a Face-off to one team with the 'Face Off' statistic, it automatically attributes them with it as well as a 'Failed Face Off' to the opposing player.

Use the Goalie ('G') button similarly to designate the goalie and when you hit Save, he gets it with no more touches. When the other team scores, he gets a 'Failed Save' automatically.

Be sure when you are starting to enter teams to look the night before at your opponents web presence. If they have a LeagueAthletics badge on the site and the roster posted you can use the 'LeagueAthletics' button on the 'Edit Teams' tab to import their roster.
