When you join, you'll receive a short orientation explaining how to use the career development plan, how to match with your mentor, and how to interact with your mentor.

All of the mentors are current, former, or retired attorneys. They must meet the eligibility requirements set by Leg up Legal to join the program. All of these mentors are people who have stepped up to say that they are willing to be mentors, so there is no need to fear that they will not be receptive.
