This site includes frameworks, publications, and resources helpful in the special education process. There is a glossary of terms and acronyms, links to laws, rules and guidance; as well as a search feature to assist in obtaining needed information. Local school board policies of all public schools in Texas are accessible within the Legal Framework website as well.

The Legal Framework app allows easy access to the contents of the Legal Framework for parents, educators, and advocates on any mobile device.
