LenderX Mobile

LenderX is a lender direct-engagement appraisal management software and a part of Assurant’s Mortgage Solutions division, a single-source provider for solutions and services across the mortgage lifecycle. Our new app, LenderX Mobile, was created for appraisers and will allow them to view order statuses and due dates, respond to urgent messages and access GPS directions to their next appointment — all from their iOS device. The app will only be functional for LenderX-affiliated appraisers who have previously created a username and password.
