Document classifying scanner
The scanner was developed specifically to handle scanning documents by their dozens, hundreds or even thousands.
While a typical standard scanner saves scanned documents to a gallery or newly created folder, Leola allows classifying your documents with multiple tags.
In this way, finding any document you may need, or even more importantly – a collection of documents, is going to be an easy breeze.
For example, you may need to find and organize together all your receipts from a business trip to a city (say Berlin). However, not receipts from all Berlin trips but just your last trip.
Simply apply a filter with the required time period and tags “business trip” and “Berlin” to bring up the relevant scans. From there, you could simply upload the needed items to you Google Drive or another cloud storage.
Or, perhaps, you may need to pull up invoices from your office equipment supplier for a specific period of time. If the time is for May and June, you may use tags “invoices”, “suppliers”, “office equipment” and specify the months and the year: May-June 2019.
Tag classification is considerably more flexible, agile and convenient if compared with manually sorting scans into different folders (the Leola scanner allows for this too however). Documents, which you may need at a minutes notice, are available instantly and effortlessly with tags.
