Let's Play Violin

Let’s Play Violin does what no other app can: helps your child help themselves to get better and improves their motivation to practise. Our landmark technology listens as they practise and gives instant feedback on pitching and timing.

Our system works in three easy, fun steps, using visual feedback and listening:

1. Play:
Your child plays their pieces/scales from our ever-growing digital sheet music library. The app listens along to them.

2. Look:
They get instant, colour-coded feedback and scores on their pitching and rhythm, so they can see where they’re doing great, and what needs work on. Tap on the coloured line, and they get tips on exactly what was wrong and how to improve.

3. Listen:
They listen back to their playing, and compare it against our demo recordings, to improve their musical ear.

Then... it’s play again to get better!

We currently have pieces used in Suzuki and exam grades 1-4, exercises from Wohlfahrt and Sevcik plus lots of fun music. We've also got lots of of scales and arpeggios to help you work on your technique.

There’s a host of cool features that allow them to supercharge their practice. They can:
• play solo, with metronome or with accompaniment
• slow down the track
• focus in on sections to get the tricky bits right
• try and beat their best scores out of 100!

If you choose to purchase a subscription to unlock our premium content, payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
