Linked Assist offers a direct video link to a live technical support representative to assist you with your credit card machine. The interface is optimized for you to easily request terminal support as quickly as possible. The live video feature is for tech support to troubleshoot your POS device effectively so your business doesn’t suffer from sales loss due to the terminal being out of order. Tech support can draw directly on screen to provide visual aid with troubleshooting instructions so the issue can be resolved quicker.

How it Works:

• Once signed up, a representative from your processor will send you your unique username and password to login. After you sign in all you need to do is click on the Assist button and get linked to a live technical support representative. The technical support representative will be able to view your credit card machine through your phone’s rear camera and troubleshoot the problem.

• The support executive has the ability to draw, type text, or point on your screen to easily guide you through the troubleshooting process.

• In addition to technical support, you can request supplies and inquire about machine upgrades through Linked Assist.
