App Store Description

From an early age, taking an interest in books enables children to begin the process of reading.

Indeed, learning to read but also developing the language skills of a child comes partly through listening.
Liro aims to facilitate this listening process and develop children’s autonomy with books and new technologies by offering the possibility to record children’s’ books that pupils can listen to at school or at home.
Teachers or parents choose a book from their library and read the story while recording their voice.
Children can listen to the books recorded by adults by scanning the bar code of the desired book.

This application can be used in the "reading corners" of school classes but also at home within the family: to listen to the books of the school library (recorded by the teachers) or to listen to the pupils’ personal books (recorded by the parents).
In a school or a bilingual family, the recordings can also reinforce the learning of another language.
