LisNav

LisNav is an app for citizens with visual, cognitive and physical disabilities that provides environmental audio description in the city of Lisbon.

By providing a tool with audio description capabilities, mobility around the city is facilitated. Users can easily understand their geoposition and points of interest around them. This solution uses publicly available datasets in Lisbon containing geographic coordinates to inform audio-described content in the city. In addition, it allows the user to incorporate data added by the user regarding points of interest identified and added by the local community.
