Each week includes strength training workouts and guided 30 minute cardio sessions. Minimal equipment is required to participate in the ActiveATE program, outside of the Lite n’ Easy resistance bands which can be purchased via the Lite n’ Easy website with any meal plan order.

There’s also ongoing support and motivational messages as well as tips and advice from the Lite n’ Easy Dietitians and Well-Being Advisors to keep you on track with your health goals.
