lmk - Let Me Know SB is a social hangout/chat app made by Santa Barbara college students for Santa Barbara college students! Unlike your standard hang out apps, in which you swipe through people and choose to hang out or talk based on someone’s appearance, with lmk, you are notified when someone wants to do a specific activity or you can browse through posts made by students wanting to do a specific activity. Now you can base your decision to hang out or talk with someone on what they actually want to do versus what they look like only.

POST - Are you bored? Lonely? Hungry? Want to do anything? Post about it by saying “I want to…(post here)” and notify other students from SBCC, Westmont and UCSB. Browse through the most recent posts to see if there is somebody wanting to do what you want to do!

LINK - Link your Instagram account so you can view other users’ Instagram accounts and people can feel more confident that you are who you say you are.

DELETE - Deleting a conversation from your messages will delete it from the other side as well.

CREATE - Create a bio and add a profile picture to showcase who you are as a person!

SECURITY - Only people with a valid .edu e-mail from SBCC, Westmont and UCSB will be able to create accounts.
