London North Eastern Railway (LNER) operates trains and stations up and down the East Coast mainline. This takes us from busy London, through the east of England and all the way up to Inverness.

Everything we do at LNER is geared towards delivering great experiences for our passengers, our colleagues and our communities. One part of this is ensuring our stations are safe, secure and fit for purpose.

The LNER Safety & Sustainability team has developed the LNERisks app to improve the risk assessment process, enabling staff to efficiently and effectively complete risk assessments at all managed stations.
