(Users are filtered by location/time/user type (local or traveler)/ratings)
2. Chat - arrange your meetup
(Accept message request to start conversation/send and receive location)
3. Meet & Review - mark the quality & review
(Write your thoughts about someone/upvote on their badges)

Why LocalBuddy?

We are aware that we live in the world of social networks like Facebook and Instagram, but they do not make us social. They also have a lot of negative effects on our lives, such as lack of emotional connectivity, weak communication skills and tremendous loss of time.

Also, one of the biggest problem is managing in new places, whether you have recently moved to a new place, or you are there just for the weekend, it is difficult to find locals which will bring you closer to the best things in that place.

So we've decided to create a mobile app that will bring people closer by giving them an option to write down what they want to do right now, and people who are nearby will have an oportunity to join them.

In this way, we especially want to connect two groups of people: Locals and Travelers (ie tourists).

From one such communication comes many benefits for both sides. While tourist eats a national dish and learn from you about your city, you will learn as a local from their stories, practice a foreign language, communication skills, and most importantly, smartly use your free time.

The platform's goal is to revive traditional communication between people. We want young people to take advantage of their free time in one interesting way that will bring them many benefits.
First of all it will help you to create significant relationships with other people and find new friends to learn new things and new experiences.
