With Locked In, you start by creating a CHALLENGE, which is simply a set of RULES you need to follow for a period of time.

This will be the framework that allows you to make significant progress during the duration of the challenge.

Taking positive action each day will COMPOUND and it will eventually snowball into a significant life change, ONE SMALL STEP AT A TIME.

MANDATORY HABITS:

• Deep work - undistracted work on your goals, whatever they may be. No phone, no YouTube, just working on your most important tasks, those that move the needle.
• Wake up early - get a head start to your day.
• Meditation - clear up your mind and unlock new levels of focus.
• Reading - gain more knowledge every day.

These habits are CUSTOMIZABLE, meaning you can specify how much do you want to do deep work for, how much to meditate etc.

ADDITIONAL HABITS:

When it comes to getting your life together, there is no one-size fits all. Everyone has their own struggles. You can choose other rules to include to your challenge based on your unique situation.

Some rules you can choose from are

• Limit screen time
• Run
• Work out
• etc.

The most important thing is FOLLOWING THROUGH after setting your challenge. Each day during the duration of the challenge, MARK YOUR HABITS COMPLETE to build STREAKS.

When you SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE the challenge, you can choose to start a new one (recommended), continue with the current one, or just stop.
