Locum Passport

We're making it easier for doctors, nurses and pharmacists to locum by providing a quick and easy method to joining new agencies and increasing your opportunities.

Using our unique app, you can create your own compliance passport that is fully transferable to any agency with just a tap of your screen. Discovering new opportunities has always been a long and drawn out process that's why we've changed the game - from your DBS to mandatory training, the Locum Passport is the only app that offers full flexibility and freedom with how you use your documents.

Document Capture
- Using your phones built-in camera, take a picture of your photo Id's, degree certificate, training and insurance documents and use the intuitive crop feature to get the perfect image to send to agencies.

Data Capture
- As well as having an image of your documents, we want to help you keep on top of everything and to do this, you are able to enter additional information about your documents. We use this to prepare notifications for you and your agency - always keeping you safe and fit to work.

Document Transfer
- Your Documents are sent to the agency of your choice by simply entering an email address. Your documents are packed up neatly and sent securely to an agency where they can do all the hard work of getting you registered. Once you're all set up, they'll contact you directly to begin placing you.

DBS Certificate
- A necessary pain for locums is the DBS so we've streamlined the process. visit our in-app DBS section and get your DBS application completed quickly and without fuss. Once it arrives, we'll give you the necessary information to join the DBS update service and allow you to transfer and use just one DBS check across multiple agencies.

Mandatory training - The Locum Passport is all about, speed, security and excellence so tackling the burden of mandatory training was a priority for us. Receive your free* mandatory training that we run in conjunction with one of the largest framework approved providers in the UK. Once you've completed it, upload it on to your Locum Passport - the only app that actively encourages you to use the same training certificates for multiple agencies.

PRO VERSION

With the Pro version, the Locum Passport is unlocked to its full potential. By upgrading to one of our paid plans we are proud to offer you:
- Free or Discounted Mandatory training.
- Document Transfer Ability.

Locum Passport Pro membership can be activated using the in-app purchases as either a monthly (Locum Pro Monthly) or yearly (locum Pro yearly) subscription and will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Membership is automatically renewed on iTunes each month unless explicitly cancelled using iTunes before the start of the next billing cycle. Cancellations to Locum Passport Pro Membership cannot be partial and includes the entire period if cancelled during an active subscription period. Your iTunes account will be charged for renewal 24 hours prior to the expiry of the current cycle at the rate applicable in your country. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication/service.
