LogLeg encourages visitors to use the LogLeg Visit Butler APP portal to submit their arrival details including name, vehicle plate number, preferences and updated arrival time to the destination hotels or business users prior to their arrival so as to allow the hotel or business user to optimize on the welcoming experience while subsequently maximizing the visitors’ satisfaction and safety.

System employs 'push notification' that enables:
Visitor’s arrival details shared between business users ( through visitor’s driver’s APP portal)
Visitor to share arrival details directly to business users, families or friends (through visitor’s own APP portal)

How does it work?
- Users to sign up accounts by using E-mail (English version) or mobile phone number (Chinese version)
- Should you wish to only share your location information to individuals or companies, you can click on the forwarding icon at the bottom right of the home page to share your location information to the designated mailbox, and you can turn it off at any time.
- To connect with a destination hotel or business account, click the icon below the home page or the settings button to enter the visiting information settings page. You may locate the destination business account by searching the destination name or ID.
- Enter visitor’s name, number of visitors and vehicle license plate number, select purpose of visit, enter booking number (optional) and briefly describe your service requirements (optional), then click the ‘Connect’ button.
-Your destination hotel or business user will then receive your visit information and prepare for your arrival.
-You may suspend or initiate the connection at anytime you wish.

Remarks
1. You may only locate and share your visit details with a hotel or business user which has an official LogLeg business account.
2. Your host hotel or business account is able to view your location information only when you maintain the App on 'logon' status. Therefore, should you not wish to share your location information, you should click “Disconnect” button or 'log off' the application.

Note: This software employs the use of GPS positioning service during your usage. Should you switch to the background, this positioning function will continue in some cases. If you do not wish the background to have your location information, please exit the APP. Continuous use of the software may consume more power, affecting battery life.
