Look Out! tests your ability to race against traffic at high speed. Along the way, you'll collect parts and coins to increase your car's specs or upgrade to a bigger vehicle to RAM other cars off the road and dominate the traffic lanes. Why spend your time crossing the road when you can start dominating the road?
Driving the wrong way is dangerous. You're driving the wrong way in a traffic rush, so you have to dodge oncoming traffic.
Your garage of choices. As you earn coins and car parts, you can buy new vehicles and upgrade your existing ones.
Smash through smaller vehicles. If the oncoming traffic is your size or smaller, you can just smash through them, collecting car parts along the way.
