The characteristics of our application:
1. Choose your personal work/learning point preferences.
2. View a list of nearby work/learning spaces based on your preferences
3. View the distance (miles) from the current location to the spatial location.
4. View the map view of the space area and its surroundings.
5. View the current weather temperature for this spatial location.
6. Contact the customer service department in the space for more information.
7. Get directions from that location to the space with the click of a button.
