A person’s path in life is said to be similar to that of a Lotus. In order to blossom, the lotus flower must grow through the mud, dirty pond water, and generally rough conditions—but blooms anyway. Like the Lotus, we too can grow through dark times and difficulties, and we can rise again and again each day to shine from a pure place within.

The Lotus Health App is a customizable platform for healthcare providers to collaborate with patients. The app is for long term change rather than for a "quick fix". The App promotes alignment in everyday living—with values—to provide focus and purpose. When the science and behaviour match up—the sky is the limit.
