With The Low Carb Diet Helper App You always have an eye on Carbs - GI, GL, calories and fat in common foods and a number of prepared meals.
Following a Low Carb Low-Glycemic Index Diet, You need to keep track of the Glycemic Index (GI) and the Glycemic Load (GL) in your meals.
For a successful weight loss it’s a good idea to also keep a close look at your intake of calories and fat.
You can now also choose between US standard and Metric values.
Each food or prepared meal is presented in a traffic light, where GREEN means that the values are LOW, YELLOW means the values are MEDIUM and RED means the values are HIGH. This makes it easy to follow the GI Diet, while keeping track of calories and fat. All for an Effective and Healthy diet.
With the App You’ll also find an innovative calculator where You calculate Your BMI and Your daily calorie consumption.
