By entering a property address, owners' name, assessor's parcel number (APN) or search nearby properties, Lawyers Title Property Now can provide real time access to valuable property information.

- The last 10 photos are saved in the app so that users can go back to the property profile they previously viewed.
- If the property address cannot be found, the user is taken to the Near Me functionality which displays a map with properties where profiles are available.
- Users have the ability to add text to their emails that they send with the profiles to their clients, so they can highlight important information and add comments.
