Pain Coaching:

Whether you are preparing for painful surgery or living with chronic pain, our pain program teaches you essential skills to regulate and reduce your pain within 3 sessions. This comprehensive, personalized program uses evidence-based tools and techniques for pain recovery, reducing reliance on pain and anxiety medications while improving quality of life.

Health Check-Ins:

Ongoing health Check-Ins to measure and monitor your mood, stress, pain, and activity levels longitudinally.

Medication Tapering:

Our programs provide modalities that have been scientifically proven to improve the comfort and success of medication tapering by collaborating with prescribing physicians and members. The Lucid Method is an evidence-based approach that enables slow tapering that is guided by a member’s experience. Additionally, Lucid Lane guides prescribing doctors how to manage medication dosages carefully and safely.

Mental Wellness:

Our approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, motivational education, and mindfulness to improve general mental wellness and emotional well-being. Evidence-based approaches in structured, goal-oriented sessions reduce pain, sleeplessness, and stress while improving overall mood.

Perioperative Pain Management:

Pain is an inevitable part of procedures and surgeries. Lucid Lane’s pain management program helps members prepare for and recover from procedures and surgeries with clinically proven improvements in pain and mental wellness.
