Ludus Access Control

Ludus Access Control allows Ludus admins to easily scan tickets for verification and keep track of patrons for specific showtimes. Use your phone's camera or a Bluetooth barcode scanner.

SCANNING:

Using the quick and easy barcode scanner, admins can scan tickets right at the door to verify tickets and keep track of which patrons have checked-in / who didn't show up. All a user has to do is point the scanner at a ticket's barcode and the app will instantly give a "Valid" or "Invalid" message.

CHECK-INS:

Ludus Access Control makes it easy to see which patrons have already showed up and are inside your auditorium. When a ticket is verified, that patron is automatically checked-in.

PATRONS LIST:

Inside the app, you'll be able to view a list of all patrons that have tickets to a specific showtime. You can also manually check-in patrons if you prefer to not scan tickets.
