What is AUTHENTICUS?

AUTHENTICUS is the Multipartner App for iOS mobile devices which, in compliance with the highest and most advanced security levels, provides "one-time" tokens (mumeric codes) known as One Time Password (OTP). This allows further verification of the identity of users accessing our Virtual Data Rooms that require the Strong Authentication


How does Authenticus work?

Only the first time it is activated, Authenticus combines the device where the App is installed (tablet or smartphone) with the user, also thanks to a simple QR code.
Once this operation is completed, Authenticus generates every 30 seconds a One Time Password (OTP) which allows, all or only some of the users with active credentials, to access our VDRs with the so- called Strong Authentication or 2 Factors Authentication.
Authenticus is available in 4 languages (Italian, English, Spanish, French) changing automatically depending on the idiom set on the device.
