Owner Login:
As an owner or manager, you and your staff can develop and display day, week, or monthly schedule views for each team. A simple tap and you will see details about each customer’s service. Instantly be able to answer your customer’s questions about scheduling, make changes, develop a new schedule etc. Each of your client’s information is changeable to match everyone’s fluid schedules. In a residential cleaning business labor costs can eat up your profits. Payroll is the biggest expense! Our application makes that process easier. By completing the finalize process you will have a complete customer history of all staff and times who have been in each client’s home, a payroll proof for each pay period, a complete Accounts Receivables history and a report to see your gross profit. Another way to help your business, is to ask customers to keep a credit card on file. By accepting credit cards, you will have a daily report that will show all clients on that day’s schedule who need to have their credit card charged for that day’s service. You will easily be able to click and charge each client on the list making it a quick and easy process for running multiple cards each day and keep your accounts receivable low. Once the daily details are completed, the MaidEasy system has a number of industry specific reports that helps owners review accounts, profitability, and determine if each customer’s pricing is achieving business plan profit point considering labor and mileage pay.
Cleaning Person Login:
Each staff member can have their own login information and password for access to the app. They can see their schedule for the day, view the specific work order details about that customer’s job. Also, if the owner elects, our exclusive time sheet function can be used. This allows the cleaning person to enter beginning and ending time for each customer’s job. This helps the owner see where the employees are at and help with the daily task of payroll.
