Set up multiple belts and review their roller condition. Examine the overall amount of your idlers that are defective. See which belts are at higher risk of failures leading to belt damage or failure.

Allow your maintenance team to have an up to date list at their finger tips so they can improve replacement efficiency and effectiveness.

Simply review which tags have been on the belt for over a month. Understand what the oldest tag on the system is. These tags are highlighted to ensure maintenance teams prioritise known issues that haven't been addressed.
