Mama Yoga is a Yoga, exercise and relaxation programme that is designed to be used during pregnancy, birth and after pregnancy as well as with your baby and older children. The App consists of three 10 minute sections for pregnancy which can be used as a daily 30 minute workout to help you feel supple, strong and serene or can be used as separate 10 minute sections to dip in and out of depending on how you are feeling each day. The 10 minute Birthing Mama audio programme will help you through labour and can be listened to daily in the last trimester and then can be played throughout your labour to help you feel calm, relaxed and focused during your birth. After birth and when you feel ready, you can do the 12 minute New Mama section to help your body recovery from birth and gently heal. After 6 weeks, and once you have the go ahead from your doctor, you can do the 20 minute Toned Mama section to help you become fitter and healthier. The App allows you to also enjoy a little Yoga with your baby, with the 5 minute Connected Mama section. Then, as your little one becomes a slightly bigger one, the Fun Mama section is a great Yoga activity to share with your toddler or pre schooler.
