What is it about?
Mankiewicz official Helpdesk app to allow internal team and clients to open support tickets and connect with support agents via video call. Users with accounts can easily open up new tickets by providing information and selecting relevant images or videos. A support agent will review the information and lock the ticket to allow users to jump on a live video call. During the call, the user can utilize the cameras on their phone or tablet to provide more information on the issues they're having and get immediate feedback and resolution. This is the first version of the app and following versions will be hosting many more features.
