Having emigrated to New Zealand from the UK, I’ve been fortunate enough to travel the country extensively. The Nelson/Tasman region stopped me in my tracks, and both myself and my wife Sian, a midwife, feel privileged to call this our home. The coast has always been close to my heart, and the sun drenched beaches and bays have certainly been a welcome change from the wild Welsh weather.
Following over 10 successful years in the building industry, the experience gained and the fundamentals learnt continue to ensure my success in real estate. I firmly believe that in real estate as in construction: good foundations are the key.
The ideals I work by include building a good reputation, but not relying on it; and always paying attention to detail. Undoubtedly though, of utmost importance is making sure that client satisfaction is always achieved. To ensure this I pride myself on being a genuine people’s person. I have a real ability to think outside of the box.
Backed by an experienced and supportive team at First National, I am an exceptionally hard worker who will always put my client first, demonstrating honesty and integrity. My work ethic is to under promise and over deliver. It is only when my client is truly happy, not only because of the top dollar price that I negotiated for them, but also the exceptional way that they were treated, that I am satisfied.
