Our organization matches facilities, hospitals, and other healthcare settings in need with talented travel healthcare professionals across all 50 states. Staffing opportunities are available in a wide range of healthcare modalities including nursing, therapy, long-term care, home health, laboratory, cardiopulmonary, and radiology.
Founded in 2020, we quickly learned the dire need of change within the healthcare industry as a whole, especially in the treatment of those working on the frontlines. With the increasing staff shortages, career burnout, and the taxing demand of our healthcare professionals, Marvel Medical Staffing has decided to take a stand. Our vision is to rehumanize the way we conduct our business and cultivate more focus on the health and well-being of those who work in healthcare. We have the moral and ethical responsibility to be less transactional, and have incorporated more personal, relationship building business practices. We’ve created values such as transparency, empathy, and support which have been completely lacking in the healthcare industry as a whole.
Recognizing that our healthcare professionals and clients are also human is something we truly believe in as an organization. We strive to ensure they have the care and support they deserve, just like they do for their patients. Having been inspired by our traveling healthcare professionals and clients who give so much of themselves to others, has pushed us to do better and be better ourselves. Healthcare staffing has changed dramatically over the years, and we feel extremely passionate about accountability, customer service, and how we interact with our healthcare professionals and clients.
