Powered by Schneider Electric, "Maya 曦臺 - Smart Home" serves Maya residents at 15 Sze Shan Street, Yau Tong by enabling them to control and monitor their smart homes anytime from anywhere.

Features:
Device settings & control:
The app places control of lighting, curtains, air-conditioners and TV at the user’s fingertips in one interface. Residents simply need to go to the app’s device control page.
Moment setting & control:
Residents can select groups of devices and assign preset status (named "Moment"). This means a single click will command all specified devices to go to a preset status.
Example: When a resident leaves home, he / she selects the preset “Away” moment, which turns off all devices. Conversely, the resident selects “Welcome” moment on his / her return in order to switch on devices such as lighting and air-conditioning.

Remote control:
Residents can control their smart homes from anywhere in the world .

Home management:
Residents can share their smart home settings with family members by adding their user accounts to the facilities.
